About Yoga by Blisstopia

Yoga by Blisstopia is a mental health focused yoga studio committed to delivering a quality experience of mental wellness to each our of students. We believe in meeting you right where you are so imperfection is both welcomed and encouraged. We aim to create a safe environment where we can build community together and bring out the best versions of ourselves. Beginners are always welcome in every class we offer. We give you the space to honor your body and mind, slow down, and unwind from the day in a safe and cozy environment with teachers that care.

Our accommodations:

Hot Bliss Studio

Our Hot Bliss Studio features an Infrared System that helps decrease humidity & also decreases symptoms of seasonal depression. While in the studio with the Infrared system on you can expect to feel the same way you feel in the sunshine since the infrared system gives off the same rays as the sun. Our heated classes take place in this studio. Hot classes are heated to 103 degrees and warm classes are heated to 85 degrees.

Bliss Studio

Our Bliss Studio features soft, cushioned floors for more comfort in gentle & restorative classes. This studio offers bolsters, blankets, pillows, essential oils, lavender scented eye pillows, incense, even socks  & anything else you need to feel nice, cozy & relaxed. Our unheated classes take place in the Bliss Studio.

Bliss Studio

Our Bliss Studio features soft, cushioned floors for more comfort in gentle & restorative classes. This studio offers bolsters, blankets, pillows, essential oils, lavender scented eye pillows, incense, even socks  & anything else you need to feel nice, cozy & relaxed. Our unheated classes take place in the Bliss Studio.

Bliss Therapy Room

Our Bliss Therapy room is a cozy, quaint space that we use for reiki and life coaching sessions. It offers dimmed lights, a comfy massage table & a cozy place to rest while receiving the healing you need.

About Our Instructors


Meet Whitney

Yoga Teacher

Whitney is both an HR professional and yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2015. With a mission to improve mental health and overcome stress and trauma to all who come to her classes she uses movement, breath and more of a psychology based approach to yoga that will give you all the tools you need to better understand and accept the beautiful person you are today. Some of the things she loves are corporate yoga, leading employee wellness workshops and helping others on their journey to better their mental health, especially those with anxiety.

Meet Charlene

Yoga Teacher

Charlene loves hot yoga & is best known for her fun & upbeat playlists and her 2 minute planks in class. You can often find students singing along & having fun in her class. Charlene ends each of her classes with guided affirmations to help you feel grounded as you head back into your everyday life. Charlene is a certified yoga teacher from Yogafit and will shortly be 500hr certified.


Great Instructor for you if you enjoy: a fun and exciting class that is moderately challenging. 

Meet Beth

Yoga Teacher

Beth received her yoga teacher certification from corepower yoga & teaches a challenging & flowy but authentic yoga class! She is such a unique light in our studio having taught at a resort in the Virgin Islands for many years before finally returning back to Minnesota. Beth also knows how to teach chair yoga, prenatal yoga, kids yoga & offers chakra healing sessions.


Great Instructor for you: if you enjoy challenge poses, an invigorating flow, and hands on adjusts in your practice.

Meet Natasha

Yoga Teacher

Natasha has been practicing yoga on and off since she was a kid, practicing with her mom in the living room! In college Natasha discovered the mental health benefits of a yoga practice, and eventually she felt called to share her love of yoga with others. Natasha received her 200 hour certification from Radiant Life Yoga in 2018 and enjoys teaching a gentle vinyasa flow, as well as yin and restorative. For Natasha, a yoga practice is so much more than the physical, and she loves sharing the joy of yoga both on and off the mat. 


Great Instructor for you if: You enjoy a mindful practice that encourages you to move at your own pace each day and honor your body through movement. 

Meet Alexandra

Yoga Teacher

Alexandra received her 200 hour yoga certification through My Vinyasa Practice and is currently continuing her education in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Yoga Nidra. She has a drive for learning and tying all of her knowledge together in order to create dynamic and meaningful classes. Alexandra’s passion in yoga lies within mental health management and self-compassion. She is constantly searching for new and invigorating ways to incorporate kindness, self-forgiveness, and non-judgment to her classes. “Mastery of yoga is really measured by how it influences our day-to-day living, how it enhances our relationships, how it promotes clarity and peace of mind.” T.K.V Desikachar
