Introducing Ms. Molly Lechner! Another amazing yoga teacher joining the family!

Yoga is such a powerful tool that I just love sharing with everyone. Your body doesn’t need to be flexible to enjoy yoga, just your mind. When I am not on my mat or studying new yogi moves I am spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I live in Andover loving every day of our lives with our two amazing children, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. Besides my love for yoga I also have a love for animals. I have been in the Veterinary medicine field for over 20 years!
What is my why?
My WHY is I truly believe yoga has made me a better person. I am happier in my skin & yoga makes me feel very grounded. I just love the way any yoga practice makes me feel.
How did you get started?
And my biggest influence ? I was a member at another gym for years where I took yoga classes several days a week. There was one instructor that made a huge impact on me. After a month or so of taking her class and really being focused on yoga, I decided this is what I wanted to do. This makes me happy. I noticed a difference in my life – in my personality, my happiness, my well being. After discussing with my husband I decided to start my 200 hours of yoga training with Yogafit.
What pushes me to continue?
Simple. My love for yoga, I love being a yogi.
Spaghetti, red wine and dark chocolate. Together or separate – it really doesn’t matter. 🙂
So hard to pick one – I feel like it changes almost every day. Today’s and one I believe everyone , including myself, need to be reminded of : “ Take time to do what makes your soul happy”
How long teaching & in what styles?
I have been getting paid to teach yoga for about 2 ½ years but have been sharing my love of yoga to family & friends for over 4 years. My primary style is fitness yoga, I do have some experience in Fusion – yoga & pilates combo. So looking forward to new yogi’s and new smiles in my life.
