Brittany Gadient – Yoga Teacher
What is your why?
We are all connected.
How did you get started?
When I moved to the cities five years ago I was looking for a deeper meaning. I was meditating daily and knew I wanted to take the next step, insert yoga! I always heard yoga was a good mental and physical workout so I thought I’d give it a try. I never thought that it would influence me so much! Shortly after that I signed up for a 200-hour teacher training and the rest is history.
What pushes you to continue?
All my fellow yogis. I really vibe off others who LOVE yoga too.
Who was your biggest yogi influence and why?
I’ve always been influenced by Rachel Brathen. She always brings her authentic self into yoga and does a great job of showing the importance of balance and community. I also love the teachers who don’t take life too seriously. They add the fun to yoga.
How long teaching and in what styles?
I’ve had two years teaching experience. My favorite styles to teach to teach is fast paced Vinyasa Flow.
Self care is extremely important to me. My idea of self care is enjoying a lavender infused bath with a bath bomb from Lush. I also love a little garden therapy!
